In January 2018, we were allowed to supply and assemble 2 independent salt baths, for « nature » cheese and for dill / herb cheese at Klondike Cheese Co. in Monroe, Wisconsin (USA). We look forward to the commissioning at the end of February / beginning of March 2018.
