At this year’s Ansbach expert talks in DE-Herrieden our Thorsten Kehl described the extensive ALPMA-SULBANA range of pasta filata services to the highly interested audience with around 120 participants.
Martin Pöllner from ALPMA reported on the use of robot technology in cheese production.
