The new building of SULBANA Srl in Cuneo was officially opened at the beginning of October after a construction period of only five months and in bright sunshine.
The new technology and design centre for pasta filata systems covers an area of around 800 m² and is located in Piedmont, the stronghold of traditional Italian cheese production.
