Acquisition of Antti Lindfors Oy

Sulbana AG and Antti Lindfors Oy join paths

In June 2013, Sulbana AG acquired a 100% stake in Antti Lindfors Oy, which is based in Kauhajoki, Finland. Antti Lindfors Oy was founded 25 years ago and is an innovative company in the production of high-quality cheese and food technology. The company has 55 employees.

The proven management and the size of the staff remain unchanged. The company’s name will soon be changed to Sulbana Oy. The integration of Scandinavian production expertise complements our established strengths in development, construction, project engineering and customer service.

We are convinced that with our new, enlarged team we offer the best solutions for our customers.
