Hohenheimer Milk Technology Seminar 2018

On March 14th 2018, Balz Bähler (Project Coordinator Development and Construction at Sulbana) gave a lecture at the 2018 Hohenheimer Milk Technology Seminar in Stuttgart on pasta filata technology. The approximately 100 participants were presented with different plant concepts for pizza-cheese, taking into account technical, technological and economic aspects.
